About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide world class customer service to Holley customers across all Holley brands
Sell Holley products
Answer product and technical questions
Resolve technical issues
Assist customers through the sale process
Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams
Provide suggestions for new products
Attend automotive events/races approximately 4 weekends per year

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience working with cars/trucks preferred
Sales or customer service skills preferred
Automotive enthusiast with some technical experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ASE certificate, vocational certificate, or 2-year degree in an automotive field a plus
Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
Some travel required, approximately 4 weekends per year, to attend automotive events/races
