About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support ongoing projects in digitalization and process optimization
- Automate and simplify micro-processes
- Further develop and optimize the online shop
- SEO/GEO search engine optimization in cooperation with the YoungProfessionals partner network
- Collaborate with a German start-up to scale a cross-location, European-hosted AI platform
- Build an AI knowledge base for internal and external chatbot communication
- Support the implementation of Power BI for new reporting structures
- Work in small project teams in direct collaboration with the project manager
- Depending on your interests and academic background, you may take primary responsibility for projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (m/f/d)
- Ideally studying IT/business informatics, process or project management, digitalization/automation, or a comparable technical or business-related field
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- High level of initiative and willingness to question and improve existing processes
- Basic technical understanding and an interest in digital tools, AI, and processes
- Very good written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level)
