About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support ongoing projects in digitalization and process optimization
Automate and simplify micro-processes
Further develop and optimize the online shop
SEO/GEO search engine optimization in collaboration with the YoungProfessionals cooperation network
Collaborate with a German start-up to scale a cross-location, European-hosted AI platform
Build an AI knowledge base for internal and external chatbot communication
Support the implementation of Power BI for new reporting structures
Work in small project teams in direct collaboration with the project lead
Take ownership of individual projects depending on your interests and academic background

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (m/f/d)
Ideally studying IT, business information systems, process or project management, digitalization/automation, or a comparable technical or business-related field
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
High degree of initiative and a strong drive to question existing practices and improve them
Basic technical understanding and an interest in digital tools, AI, and processes
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
