Requirements

What you’ll need

Background in data, consulting, finance, business analysis, operations, or a similarly quantitative field
Ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
Strategic approach and willingness to challenge conventional approaches
Proactive attitude and ability to drive action independently
High ownership and responsibility for outcomes
Ability to use AI to automate, analyze, and solve problems
Ability to structure ideas, communicate simply, and turn analysis into actionable recommendations
Evidence of turning ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
Confidence working with quantitative data and spreadsheets
SQL, Python, and BI tools are a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
Ability to work primarily within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3)
