About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify existing properties for sale in the assigned area
- Contact and meet with sellers
- Organize viewings of properties for sale
- Understand the needs of property owners and sellers

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for real estate
- Independent/freelance status: micro-enterprise or sole proprietorship
- Operate as a self-employed real estate sales agent acting as an authorized representative
- Ability to develop an assigned geographic area
- Ability to prospect for, contact, and meet with sellers
- Property valuation skills
- Ability to analyze legal documentation related to properties, including general meeting minutes and property reports
- Transaction negotiation skills
- Ability to assess the financial capacity of prospective buyers
- Ability to coordinate the signing of real estate documents
