About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and optimize automations and functions in Zoho Apps
Program custom micro-apps based on the homebase platform using Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL
Develop and expand the CRM using Deluge scripting and custom functions
Create technical solutions through programming, Excel macros, or integration with AI platforms
Analyze, optimize, and document existing business processes
Develop and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency
Collaborate with specialist departments to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Support the implementation of new systems and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic programming knowledge, e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or VBA
Interest in developing applications and automations independently
Logical thinking and a solid understanding of data structures and data models
Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and willingness to use modern AI tools in day-to-day work
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and automation tools
Experience in process optimization and system integration
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
