About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure all proper paperwork processes and functions are executed accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager, Fleet Supervisor, and Quality Control Manager on administrative functions and assigned projects
  • Input and manage job reports and customer data in the CRM system from subcontractors
  • Send and receive work through in-house subcontractor management software
  • Ensure proper turnaround time on subcontractor billing documents
  • Update shared tracking documents and maintain accurate records
  • Access Lead Vendor software, pull callback reports, and process them in the company CRM
  • Pull weekly fleet reports for the Fleet Supervisor's interpretation
  • Work with the Quality Control Manager to ensure IE software is current and accurate
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in administration or related roles preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Currently live in and be authorized to work in one of: Massachusetts, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont
  • Efficient home office environment and distraction-free workspace required
  • Ability to sit at a desk for long periods and perform computer-based tasks
