About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Control and monitor supplier payments.
- Perform financial reconciliations and monitor the accurate execution of payments within the department.
- Support budget management by monitoring expenses, accruals, and financial indicators.
- Process entries, queries, and follow-ups in SAP related to financial processes.
- Prepare management reports, operational controls, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Serve as an interface between suppliers and internal departments to resolve outstanding issues and align information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of administrative and financial processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with accounts payable, financial reconciliation, supplier management, and payment tracking.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with budget management, accruals, and expense control.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
