About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with the dealer network and partners by conducting technical and performance-monitoring visits
  • Monitor and track the network’s performance indicators, targets, and results
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze after-sales data, transforming information into recommendations to support decision-making
  • Prepare executive presentations and visit reports, consolidating results, opportunities, and action plans
  • Negotiate and align initiatives with the dealer network
  • Ensure follow-up on agreed actions, driving continuous improvement in results
  • Provide regular reports to leadership and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales Management, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience working in the field, supporting dealer networks, consulting, operations, or after-sales services
  • Experience in the automotive industry, dealerships, automakers, auto parts, or related services
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations and management reports
  • Experience tracking indicators, targets, performance, and results
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Willingness and availability to travel frequently throughout Brazil
