Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
- Experience managing corporate projects, IT implementations, and process improvements
- Experience with IT governance and stakeholder management, working cross-functionally across teams
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of COBIT
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of IT metrics and performance indicators
- Knowledge of IT service management
- Knowledge of risk management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement
- ITIL, COBIT, PMP, Scrum, Lean, or similar certifications (a plus)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (a plus)
- Knowledge of Power Platform (a plus)
- Experience with organizational transformation programs (a plus)
- Experience defining corporate governance models and executive-level indicators (a plus)
- Experience with process automation and operational efficiency improvement (a plus)
