About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the collections strategy, monitoring collection approaches, credit bureau reporting processes, and credit recovery.
- Monitor operational and performance indicators.
- Develop analyses, dashboards, and management reports to support decision-making.
- Lead executive presentations and follow up on action plans.
- Ensure compliance with collections policies, legal requirements, and process governance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and data utilization to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams including Credit, Legal, Sales, and Customer Service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Law, or a related field.
- Experience with captive finance companies, fintechs, consortium administrators, or banks.
- Experience in collections, credit recovery, collections operations, collections planning, or related areas.
- Experience monitoring operational indicators, managing vendors, and tracking performance.
- Knowledge of data analysis applied to credit recovery and performance indicator management.
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Python, SAP, and/or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence projects applied to collections.
