About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct financial analyses, projections, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide technical leadership for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial KPI monitoring processes.
- Partner with business teams to develop assumptions, scenarios, and financial analyses.
- Review and guide analyses prepared by developing professionals.
- Prepare executive materials for committees, senior management, and local and international stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and advance Financial Planning processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, Financial Strategy, or related areas.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning (LTP), business cases, and economic and financial feasibility analyses.
- Experience building financial models, analyzing performance indicators, and supporting executive leadership decision-making.
- Proven experience in corporate environments with extensive interaction with business teams, senior management, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Strategic Management, or Market Intelligence.
