About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain Distributor Sales reports for senior management
Support distributors through ad-hoc report and document creation
Support optimisation of European Stock and Export operations
Support development of a market price monitoring tool covering Honda and competitors for distributor countries
Process control of European distributors' factory orders and plans
Coordinate logistics information between factories and distributors
Maintain the Distributors Operations Handbook
Manage training reporting for distributors
Support preparation of distributor events
Liaise with Finance on invoice queries and adjustments
Coordinate with PR on event assets
Work closely with the Distributor Business Development Department Manager and Distributor Operations Manager
Collaborate with Honda colleagues and its distributor network across Europe

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current undergraduate student seeking a work placement as part of their degree programme
Very good numerical and logical analytic skills
High levels of accuracy in gathering and interpreting data
Strong organisation skills
Customer service excellence
Ability to plan and prioritise own time
Ability to work independently
Studying towards a degree in Business Management, International Business, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or another relevant subject (desirable)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (desirable)
