About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own intake for feedback from care teams and providers through suggestion boxes, weekly syncs, escalations, support tickets, and incident patterns
  • Size and rank feedback by frequency, patient and staff impact, time cost, and clinical risk
  • Bring a prioritized, evidence-backed view to roadmap planning
  • Close the loop with Operations on every request, including requests not pursued
  • Bring operational and clinical workflow expertise into specifications and design reviews
  • Define edge cases and acceptance criteria and identify potential role-specific failures
  • Run shadow sessions and workflow walkthroughs for product managers, designers, and engineers
  • Own launch readiness for releases affecting care operations, including release calendars, readiness checklists, go/no-go decisions, role-specific change summaries, and first-week monitoring
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure training is ready when features ship
  • Build AI-powered workflows for feedback synthesis, scoring, release notes, launch tracking, and maintaining the internal knowledge base
  • Report to the Head of Product and AI and collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and care operations leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in product operations, launch or program management, or care/clinical operations with significant product exposure
  • Experience running an intake or prioritization process, including scoring frameworks such as RICE
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare operations, including care coordination, clinical workflows, pharmacy, or similar, or a clear track record of learning a complex operational domain quickly
  • Experience owning launches that changed how an operations team works day to day
  • Strong written communication across care coordinator, provider, and engineering audiences
  • Comfort with data and ability to pull and interpret numbers
  • Heavy, current use of AI tools in day-to-day work; ideally experience building simple agents or automations
  • Ability to build systems that others continue using
  • Startup experience and comfort creating structure where none exists
  • Nice to have: telehealth, digital health, or pharmacy experience
  • Nice to have: familiarity with REMS programs such as iPLEDGE, prescription workflows, or lab integrations
  • Nice to have: background as a care coordinator or clinical ops lead before moving into product
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restriction
