About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product areas end-to-end, including problem framing, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Build and maintain a scalable design system
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout the build process
Run lightweight research and usability testing
Produce design work informing engineering and broader product decisions
Connect patients with licensed dermatologists, FDA-approved treatments, and ongoing skin health support through Honeydew’s platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with end-to-end ownership of product design problems through delivery
Strong systems thinking, including design systems and component libraries
Ability to lead Design Reviews and articulate complex UX ideas
Startup experience creating structure from scratch
Recent experience using AI-assisted tools to add speed or quality
Experience in healthcare and/or e-commerce is a plus
Portfolio link required
Authorized to work for any employer in the US without restriction
Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required
NYC hybrid availability: 2 days per week in the West Village office
