Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, validate, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions addressing complex engineering and business challenges
Develop Generative AI, Agentic AI, and predictive analytics applications to improve engineering productivity, decision-making, and product development effectiveness
Ensure AI solutions comply with Responsible AI principles, cybersecurity requirements, regulatory expectations, and Honeywell AI governance standards
Design evaluation experiments, conduct evaluations, analyze data, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders
Drive technical innovation through intellectual property contributions, patent disclosures, technical publications, conference presentations, and industry engagement
Lead ideation, conceptualization, and prototyping of innovative solutions
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Ensure R&D projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements
Help bring R&D innovations to market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
Significant experience in software engineering, machine learning, data science, or AI solution development
Strong hands-on programming skills in Python
Experience designing and deploying AI or Machine Learning applications
Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
