About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work across disciplines with Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions
  • Drive system architecture design and integration efforts for advanced aerospace electronic solutions
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and test teams to ensure seamless system performance and compliance with aerospace standards
  • Drive requirements definition, risk analysis, and verification activities throughout the system development lifecycle
  • Interact with customers
  • Oversee and coordinate projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 6+ years of Systems Engineering experience
  • Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
  • Ability to manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively
  • Experience in similar product domains such as Avionics, Navigation and/or Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS-B, DME, UAT)
  • Experience with RF products
  • Experience with the FAA certification process is a plus
  • Master's Degree or advanced professional certification is valued
  • Must be a U.S. Person under U.S. export control requirements: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status under asylum or refugee status, or able to obtain export authorization
