About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
  • Create and execute automated tests for web applications and web services.
  • Test Android applications running on embedded devices.
  • Test system integration and end-to-end scenarios.
  • Develop strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results and identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
  • Improve test coverage and testing efficiency through automation.
  • Support hardware-software integration testing and validation activities.
  • Document test procedures, results, and quality metrics.
  • Work with software developers, system architects, product owners, and QA engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to aerospace development projects from concept and requirements definition through development, qualification, certification, manufacturing readiness, and product entry into service.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
  • Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket, Bamboo, and JIRA.
  • Fluent English at least B2.
  • Experience with responsive web application test automation, REST API testing, and browser compatibility testing.
  • Android application testing experience.
  • Automated deployment and test execution on target hardware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to read and analyze technical requirements and design documentation.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Due to export restrictions, applicants must have EU or US citizenship.
