Key responsibilities & impact

Lead future-state process design to simplify and standardize business operations using SAP S/4
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making through SME workshops, validation, testing, adoption activities, and business readiness reviews
Lead Fit-to-Standard adoption and challenge unnecessary customization
Build customization business cases, establish baselines, and track expected benefit realization
Anticipate and mitigate change impacts across global sites and partners
Develop, maintain, and change managed interfaces between SAP and other business systems and processes
Partner on master data governance and process controls to ensure source data quality and consistency
Drive change management through readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, and role-based training

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. person requirement: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Proven experience leading process transformation with demonstrated ability to influence change, overcome resistance, align senior leaders, and drive sustained adoption
Broad hands-on understanding of existing End-to-End Honeywell Aerospace systems and processes for Logistics and Warehousing
Strong ability to build, leverage, and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
Mindset focused on simplification, “fit-to-standard,” and eliminating waste
Strong data orientation, including master data governance and establishing structured data for analytics and visualization tools
Demonstrated ability to quantify and deliver business outcomes
Clear, concise communication translating complex concepts into actionable steps for frontline teams
Expertise in process mapping, standardization, and operational change management
Experience in Government Compliance, including contract regulatory requirements, import/export controls, and procurement-process impacts
Experience with SAP (ERP) deployment projects or large-scale application deployment
