Requirements

What you’ll need
  • U.S. person requirement: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or equivalent
  • Typically 15+ years working with circuit design integration and test experience
  • Experience with MentorGraphix DxDesigner or equivalent circuit design tool set
  • Analog circuit design experience and standard lab equipment
  • High-power power electronics design for inverters
  • Ability to produce white papers documenting investigation findings, test results, and trade-study outcomes
  • Knowledge of obsolescence parts replacement, substitute-part identification, and board-level drawing changes
  • Experience with circuit design, circuit simulation, and analysis for fault isolation and hands-on troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with aircraft/aerospace test standards such as DO-178B, DO-160, or DO-254
