About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support system-level troubleshooting to the component level
- Troubleshoot Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
- Set up and troubleshoot test stations
- Work with a cross-functional team within Honeywell’s Integrated Supply Chain and CSC
- Support ongoing and future modernization efforts
- Support hardware development, design and debugging in CCA, sub-assembly and system-level testing
- Debug sub-assemblies and CCAs in system-level assemblies
- Develop and execute troubleshooting procedures for functional testing of CCA, sub-assembly and system-level products
- Develop and execute functional testing procedures for sub-assembly and system-level products
- Continuously improve testing techniques and workflows to optimize efficiency and product quality
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and performance issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in circuit card assembly testing or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with hardware equipment debug and functional test
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to develop expertise in advanced testing platforms and tools
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- Preferred: experience with industry-standard software tools for test automation and system debugging
- Preferred: proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting test stations, CCAs, sub-assemblies and system level products
- Preferred: knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and standards
- Preferred: Associate of Arts (AA) or vocational or applied degree
- Preferred: familiarity with quality management systems and processes
