About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and manage the HR Services function to ensure the delivery of highquality HR services to employees and managers
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery
- Provide guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issues
- Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify and address HR service needs
- Lead the operations and implementation of time and attendance systems
- Manage employee data and records
- Streamline processes and identify productivity and cycle time improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
- Oracle HCM & ServiceNow experience
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in managing HR systems and data, with proficiency in HRIS software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (valued/preferred)
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality HR services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills to analyze HR data and identify trends
- Experience in process improvement and driving operational excellence
