Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and drive execution of complex engineering projects
Ensure successful delivery against technical, schedule, and cost objectives
Serve as technical lead for the program
Guide engineering decisions and provide direction to a team of Project Engineers
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, priorities, and project deliverables
Manage project plans, resources, risks, and opportunities
Deliver accurate and timely project status reporting
Proactively address challenges and escalate potential issues early
Foster a collaborative team environment through technical mentorship, effective communication, and knowledge sharing
Develop advanced system solutions for a key European customer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Significant experience leading complex engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams
Strong engineering background with ability to provide technical leadership and drive project execution
Proven ability to collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and functional leaders
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, engineering practices, and customer needs
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification highly valued
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, mentor, and develop engineering talent
Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
Ability to balance competing priorities, resources, and business needs
Creativity and strategic thinking
Passion for solving complex challenges
Excellent relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
EU citizenship required due to export restrictions
