  • Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.S. or M.S. in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
  • 7+ years of experience designing and developing gas turbine engines, hybrid turbogenerator power systems, and electric power systems
  • Experience in power generation, conversion, distribution and control design, analysis and testing, including project management
  • Modeling and simulation experience using modern methods
  • Strong knowledge of integration and testing for complex electric power systems
  • Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
  • Experience applying systems engineering principles to complex systems
  • Experience with MBSE approaches and digital engineering transformation initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex and ambiguous problems
  • Proven track record working effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to positively influence others and resolve conflicts quickly and tactfully
