Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
  • Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Experience providing technical leadership on complex engineering projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and industry trends
  • Knowledge of flight systems and avionics
  • Experience with flight management system design and integration
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of aircraft certification processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected person under U.S. asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
