About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting
- Assess and drive achievement of program-specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace Propulsion
- Serve as technical leader and decision maker for program cost, schedule, and technical issues
- Prioritize work, design goals and objectives, and drive program performance
- Support program launch and program execution
- Support development of program plans
- Prepare and publish metrics and reports
- Track budget and program financial data
- Track milestones and identify root causes
- Analyze program performance metrics
- Analyze cost and schedule integration
- Develop Earned Value Management knowledge and apply it to the program
- Support program teams and stakeholders
- Provide organizational feedback on tools and process efficiencies
- Complete required certification and application training
- Build a strong team, drive retention, and foster an inclusive culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix-work environment
- User experience of SAP system
- User experience of Microsoft Project
- Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management
- Experience in usage of Earned Value metrics, managing budgets and milestone fidelity
- Candidate must be a U.S. Person under U.S. export control laws, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
