About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead or support development of initial program baselines, program re-baselines, and compliant baseline change management
- Prepare and analyze reliable cost report data for program stakeholders
- Manage program EAC (estimate at completion)
- Ensure cost and schedule integration align with scope and contract requirements
- Communicate proactively and effectively with program teams and customers
- Ensure reliable program EVM application, compliance, and procedures
- Support program issue identification, root-cause analysis, impact analysis, and corrective-action recommendations
- Support CAMs in monthly cost and schedule reviews
- Drive complete and accurate EACs and variance analysis
- Initiate and participate in organizational and program improvements
- Mentor other team members
- Report directly to the Program Controls Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years' experience in EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Required to attain PMP certification within 6 months of start date
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- U.S. person status required: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
- Experience using Earned Value metrics, managing budgets and milestone fidelity
- User experience with SAP system
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management
- Cost reporting generation: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
- External Integrated Master Schedule reporting using Microsoft Project and SSI Tool
- Degree in Business, Math, Finance, Economics, or related field (valued/preferred)
- Project Management certification (valued/preferred)
