About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell Aerospace
- Partner with the Integrated Program Team to develop program plans
- Create cost and schedule baselines for large, complex programs across multiple sites
- Recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation
- Interact with global program management teams, business leaders, and customers
- Coach and mentor less-experienced Program Control Specialists
- Lead or support initial program baselines, re-baselines, and compliant baseline change management
- Prepare and analyze reliable cost report data for program stakeholders
- Manage program EAC (estimate at completion)
- Ensure cost and schedule integration aligns with scope and contract requirements
- Communicate proactively and effectively with program teams and customers
- Ensure reliable program EVM application, compliance, and procedures
- Support program issue identification, root cause and impact analysis, and corrective actions
- Support CAMs in monthly cost and schedule reviews and drive accurate EACs and variance analysis
- Initiate and participate in organizational and program improvements
- Mentor other team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 + year's experience EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field
- Experience in usage of Earned Value (EV) metrics, managing budgets and milestone fidelity
- Ability to influence program stakeholders at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- User experience of SAP system
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management
- Project Management certification
- Cost Reporting Generation: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
- External Integrated Master Schedule Reporting: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool
- Candidate must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
