About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute New Product Development activities in program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, and sourcing roles through proposal-to-production phases
  • Support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics
  • Learn the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team
  • Complete designed rotations and evaluations according to the Rotational PM program design
  • Track program progress and performance metrics
  • Provide updates and insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Report directly to the Senior Program Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in program management or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business, or related degree with Program Management coursework
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations
  • Master's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (valued)
  • Experience in aerospace program management (valued)
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and best practices
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
