Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of proven experience managing complex engineering projects
Strong knowledge of project management principles, risk management, and engineering processes
Expertise in systems engineering, integration, and testing methodologies relevant to aerospace electronics
Familiarity with tools such as MS Project
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of avionics systems, navigation, and electromagnetic defense technologies
Ability to drive projects to successful completion while managing multiple priorities
U.S. Person requirement: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or ability to obtain export authorization
