About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess and drive achievement of program-specific performance within Honeywell Global Product Engineering Services
  • Perform MRB certification, Momentum Factory Support, DMAIC, and supplier support activities
  • Serve as Class II Delegated Design Authority for Phase 6 ECNs involving drawing changes in a production support environment
  • Conduct engineering assessments, generate ECNs, and coordinate with Engineering teams to resolve Factory Support and supplier-driven actions
  • Coordinate substantiation analyses, including stress, alternate material, dimensional variation, qualification, and testing
  • Prepare and submit approval packages for drawing changes and interface with customers and support teams
  • Collaborate with ISC Engineering/Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality to prioritize engineering actions and process or yield improvements
  • Support root-cause-analysis-driven drawing updates
  • Work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Participate in ISC events and agile projects to review proposed processing changes and ensure product integrity
  • Partner with engineers supporting day-to-day operations, product execution across the production pipeline, and delivery to final customers
  • Drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering
  • Experience in Design and Manufacturing
  • Understanding of different product lines in the Aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of design practices and qualification requirements
  • Ability to create, support, and enhance specific action plans
  • Experience working with Cross Functional Teams
