About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide complex business and office management support across HFS
  • Manage the Honeywell Aerospace Federal Solutions section, infrastructure, and coordination with site and headquarters counterparts
  • Support strategy, marketing, business development, and business operations across geographically separated sites
  • Manage the proposal center, conference rooms, cubicle farm, physical plant, continuity of operations, partners, and guests
  • Manage organizational accounts, overhead budget, invoices, accounting processes, and corporate credit card accounts
  • Support capture planning and new business campaigns
  • Support digital marketing, website activities, strategic communications, conferences, and seminars
  • Schedule appointments, maintain shared calendars, lead recurring meetings, and coordinate travel and meeting agendas
  • Collect and analyze information from business systems, applications, files, and departments
  • Develop and support organizational and corporate gate reviews
  • Onboard employees, teaming partners, guests, and functional employees
  • Generate tables, charts, memoranda, reports, correspondence, and databases using PC and software applications
  • Maintain accurate computer and document files and records and ensure compliance with Honeywell Aerospace policies and customer procedures
  • Manage office equipment, infrastructure, organization-specific email accounts, and shared information services
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative working environment in accordance with HS&E requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in business administration or site management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy "Q" and/or Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information level security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a business management-related field preferred
  • Proven work experience in project management, business management services, and business development
  • Understanding of bid and proposal processes and support requirements, including procedures and infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of business development, marketing, and strategic communications tools and venues, including digital media and trade conference/summit/seminar planning and execution
  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fluid environment
  • Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
