About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced technical support to engineering teams in product design, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex engineering issues
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and performance
  • Assist in the development and documentation of engineering processes and best practices
  • Analyze data and generate technical reports to support decision-making and project progress
  • Report directly to the Engineering Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • 4 years of experience supporting engineering functions in aerospace or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, product development processes, and quality standards
  • Proficiency with engineering software tools such as CAD, MATLAB, or similar analysis and design platforms
  • Experience in data analysis, technical documentation, and problem-solving within an engineering environment
  • Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of systems engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
