About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes
- Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
- Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence
- Provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of AI algorithms, models, and systems
- Act as the subject matter expert for technical AI projects and provide direction on methodologies and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 6 years of experience managing AI related technology projects
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Experience with Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
- Experience working with Cloud AI Platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock)
- Mastery expertise in machine learning or related artificially intelligent technology
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with LLMOps
- Experience working with Kubernetes
- Experience with On Premises AI
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Proven ability to drive successful cloud development projects and initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
- Candidate must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
