About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create project plans, schedules, and milestones using earned value metrics
Monitor and maintain project plans and milestone adherence to ensure on-time product delivery
Create and monitor work packages for internal suppliers
Build internal and external customer relationships throughout projects
Manage project cost, quality, and schedule performance
Manage requirements, including validation and allocation
Coordinate and lead design reviews in accordance with HAY procedures
Manage project risks and mitigation plans
Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

HND/HNC/Degree in mechanical engineering/aerospace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of three years’ project management experience in an engineering, aerospace, safety-critical, or similarly regulated environment
Demonstrable delivery experience across the full product lifecycle from conception to commissioning
Experience using Microsoft Project or a similar project forecasting system
Strong understanding and experience working with suppliers and integrated supply chains
Ability to work within project cost, quality, and time metrics
