About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and eliminate barriers to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Lead the operating system that provides guidance and support to site leaders to ensure operational excellence and execution of site delivery
Report directly to the Vice President of ISC Global Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. citizen, permanent resident, protected status under asylum/refugee, or able to obtain export approval due to U.S. export control laws
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence or related field
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Experience leading presentations and continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to develop extension communications operating systems
Familiarity with change management techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to create and improve system tools to track supply chain metrics by site
Ability to influence and drive change
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
