About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Provide financial insights and analysis supporting strategic decision-making
- Deliver accurate financial forecasts and analyze trends
- Report directly to the Finance Director
- Support the financial performance of the Avionics GBE and business growth and operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel and ERP systems
- U.S. person requirement: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (valued/preferred, not required)
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
