About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Deliver accurate financial forecasts, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights supporting business growth and operational efficiency
- Report directly to the Sr. Finance Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of experience in finance or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards
- Familiarity with financial software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is valued
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Must be a U.S. person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
