About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage ISC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, production, and finance
Identify and mitigate project risks
Manage project resources
Communicate project progress to stakeholders effectively
Drive end-to-end supply chain initiatives and oversee project life cycles
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Report directly to the Director ISC Project Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Management/factory experience
BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Proven record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Familiarity with supply chain processes and integrated supply chain systems
Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
