About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report directly to the Sr. Pricing Manager
Prepare FAR12 and FAR15 TINA-compliant proposals for prime contractors and US Government agencies
Prepare proposals for non-US Government customers
Sign 1411 coversheets for FAR15 proposals, including final certification
Support DCAA/DCMA and prime contractors with audit and fact-find requests
Contribute to business cases, competitive assessments, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategies for customer business proposals
Drive top-line and bottom-line growth through business and financial analysis balancing Honeywell Aerospace profitability and customer value
Provide negotiation support to customer business teams
Provide pricing recommendations for transactional spares and repairs
Develop positive working relationships with supporting business functions
Drive organizational excellence through continuous improvements, tools, training, productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies, and skill development
Analyze market trends, identify pricing opportunities, and collaborate with teams to drive pricing initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

2.5 years direct government/defense experience or 5+ years of directly related experience in a pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis role
Knowledge and understanding of government rules & regulations as they pertain to government purchasing (FAR)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data analysis and pricing tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a Business related discipline
Proficient working with MS Office Tools, Excel, and/or SAP
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
