Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals, cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity
Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery
Ensure project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and conduct due diligence
Negotiate terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality purchases
Foster and maintain strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships
Address concerns and resolve supply-chain issues
Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies
Maintain accurate and organized procurement records
Establish and enforce quality-control standards in procurement processes and purchase awards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurement operations
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in procurement software and tools, including SAP
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is valued/preferred
Strategic thinking, process-driven and problem-solving abilities
Ability to drive change and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Continuous learning and self-development
Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
