Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide and oversee the execution of complex programs
  • Develop and implement hardware reviews and improvement actions
  • Drive program improvement actions to closure within schedule, budget, and scope
  • Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Coordinate program dependencies within the schedule
  • Work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
  • Provide guidance to engineering execution teams driving alignment with hardware quality
  • Manage the hardware development lifecycle for the Anthem program across Preliminary Design, Critical Design, Qualification, Certification, and On-Time Launch (OTL)
  • Drive program performance, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data accuracy, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles
  • Strong guiding and team management skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong insight into program management ethics and methodologies
  • Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is valued
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is valued
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) on development programs is valued
  • Experience developing, implementing, and executing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) is valued
