About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define software requirements
- Design and implement software
- Test and integrate software with hardware
- Communicate goals, expectations, and issues with stakeholders and the team
- Provide effort estimates and propose solutions
- Ensure goals are completed satisfactorily and issues are communicated in a timely manner
- Support the S&C organization in its initiatives
- Perform assignments as directed by primary managers
- Perform software verification and validation activities to ensure product quality, functionality, compliance with requirements, and applicable standards
- Deliver correct and complete results
Requirements
What you’ll need- College Graduate – BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in testing and test systems
- Experience working on projects and in teams
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of configuration management systems
- Knowledge of DO-178C, including different certification levels
- Knowledge of software development best practices and the software development cycle
- Capability and willingness to travel for training, business meetings, and project work
- Must meet applicable Export License conditions regarding nationality for the given project
