About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead highly complex technical activities for TSI projects from requirements analysis through post-implementation support
- Define and validate network and system architectures, redundant topologies, fiber optic backbones, network segmentation, and integration strategies
- Analyze customer documentation, technical requirements, availability requirements, system architectures, and project risks
- Integrate TSI systems with DCS, SCADA, ESD, Fire & Gas, and existing industrial facility systems
- Coordinate interfaces with other project packages and existing systems
- Clarify technical solutions with customers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate detailed engineering, configuration, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system handover
- Identify and manage technical risks, design limitations, installation non-conformities, and dependencies between integrated systems
- Support FAT/SAT execution, customer handover, and post-implementation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology / Computer Science, Mechatronics and Robotics
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with security systems, telecommunication systems, network infrastructure, and their integration
- Experience in design, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex technical solutions, including redundant network infrastructures
- Previous on-site experience coordinating commissioning activities, FAT/SAT execution, troubleshooting, and customer handover support
- Advanced understanding of IP networking, L2/L3 switching, VLANs, network redundancy, fiber optic, structured cabling, VoIP/SIP, serial communications, Modbus, dry contacts, relays, I/O modules, and software integration
- Experience using software tools for engineering, configuration, monitoring, analysis, testing, and commissioning
- Advanced English
- Willingness to travel minimum 50% of the time for project execution and commissioning
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical activities and prioritize critical deliverables
- Analytical, decision-making, and complex technical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure with multiple project dependencies
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, system integrators, and suppliers
