About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and maintain complex benefit plans supporting organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Lead benefits RFPs across EMEA, focusing on Benelux and Northern Europe
  • Coordinate vendors and Payroll
  • Ensure accurate enrollment and termination processes
  • Oversee benefits-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning, compliance, and stakeholder communications
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain data accuracy
  • Develop strategies to ensure compliance and security
  • Improve and automate processes through the benefits delivery model
  • Standardize solutions across EMEA
  • Help implement the global benefits strategy and lead regional initiatives
  • Build cross-functional relationships to support strategic and compliant benefits delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of benefits experience, including implementing new programs, developing strategy, and managing vendors—not benefits administration
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in a second European language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to use technology for communication and process automation
  • Knowledge of HR systems and case management tools used in benefits administration
  • In-depth knowledge of pensions and/or insurance
  • Experience with a benefits provider or broker such as WTW, Mercer, Aon, or Marsh is valued
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, flexible benefits platform setup and administration, and AI tools
  • Professional qualification in HR benefits or administration is valued
  • Project management certification and experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting benefits in the Benelux, UK, or Nordic markets
