About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily operations of the Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) Neighborhood Energy Efficiency Program (NEEP)
- Ensure program goals, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and performance standards are achieved
- Coordinate schedules for Field Technicians
- Oversee installations and conduct quality assurance inspections
- Maintain a strong safety culture
- Manage production reporting, penetration rate tracking with a 70%+ target, customer participation goals, audit reporting, and weekly client/leadership updates
- Coordinate Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) weatherization and energy efficiency projects
- Ensure compliance with program requirements and manage documentation
- Communicate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 or more years of proven experience in program or project management within customer experience or related fields
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (valued)
- Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience (valued)
- Sales experience (valued)
- Experience working in customer experience or program management roles within technology or energy efficiency sectors (valued)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management software and collaboration tools
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
