About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver innovative consumer software and services with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities
  • Define the long-term strategy and vision for device management, leveraging new technologies to deliver customer features
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Drive requirements definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization
  • Partner with HBT teams to understand customer needs and influence adoption of new services
  • Manage bottlenecks and provide escalation management
  • Anticipate and make trade-offs, balance business needs against technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building strong customer experiences
  • Manage the ecommerce platform throughout the Product Lifecycle
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Define product vision and manage release scope using qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Work with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to deliver products and meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  • Support business reviews and communicate and present across all organizational levels
  • Report directly to the Director of IT Program Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology, including end-to-end product delivery and ownership of product roadmap strategy, definition, and execution
  • 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum and Lean environment in a Product Owner/Manager role
  • Ability to prioritize and manage 1-3+ concurrent workstreams across multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to use data, KPIs, and quantitative analysis to validate assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, develop recommendations, and drive measurable actions
  • Ability to define and track 1-3+ success metrics for key initiatives
  • Ability to define product strategy and roadmaps spanning 12–24 months
  • Experience translating business objectives into prioritized initiatives and executing complex product development cycles from strategy through launch
  • Demonstrated success developing 2+ innovative, user-friendly products or features informed by customer insights, with measurable customer experience improvements
  • Experience identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and blockers across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Experience delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and dependencies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field is valued
  • Understanding of key information technology solutions and practices
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value
  • Ability to create a result-oriented Management Operating System
  • Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems
  • Creative and collaborative problem-solving capability
  • Ability to convey specific, observable, and measurable expectations
  • Ability to drive "fast and right" results in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to make timely decisions in complex situations
