  • Integrate talent, culture, employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning strategies to support business transformation and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in HR as a business partner or in a corporate-level role
  • HR functional excellence with experience as a generalist/business partner
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results as a senior HR leader within a global matrixed organization
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team
  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
  • Global experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
