About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide service maintenance engineering activities with customers in the region, including troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, system configuration, and implementation
- Support customers on their sites with system troubleshooting, system configuration and implementation, hardware and software upgrades, power-on support, schematic support, point building, consulting, and application programming
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide suggestions for system improvements
- Support the Service and Project Teams and grow the Finland installed base
- Coordinate and communicate with Senior Engineers and customers
- Follow Honeywell and client health and safety program requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience within automation engineering, electrical engineering, Information or Engineering Technology, or Computer Science
- Experience with DCS systems; experience with Honeywell products including Experion PMD or Experion PKS would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers, operations teams, and project stakeholders
- Ability to accurately document designs and work performed
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
- Compliance with Honeywell and client health and safety program requirements
