About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as right hand of Regional BAP Leader
- Manage weekly Pulse/SRO and KPI reporting
- Connect with the Commercial Finance Leader and analyst team to stay connected to the businesses
- Run analytics and provide insights on business results
- Drive planning sessions
- Communicate with leadership
- Support financial planning and analysis
- Prepare reports and provide insights to drive strategic decisions
- Report directly to the Finance Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of supply chain or operational finance
- Ability to support cost analysis and work with operations teams
- Ability to manage complex financial processes including month-end close, forecasting, accruals, intercompany transactions, and commentary for corporate leadership
- Ability to partner with non-finance functional groups to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
- High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions
- Growth mindset, with willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
